How do I know if I need a repair or a full roof replacement?
Most roofs tell you early. Curled or missing shingles, granules pooling in the gutters, and leaks in more than one room point toward replacement, while a single stain over one seam is usually a repair. A close look at the underlayment and decking settles it, which is why we photograph everything during the inspection and tell you which side of the line you are on.

Does insurance cover roof leaks in California?
Do I need a permit to re-roof my house in Anaheim?
Yes, the city requires a permit for re-roofing, and the work gets a final inspection. We pull the permit, post it, and schedule the inspector so the paperwork is clean when you eventually sell.
Are you a licensed and insured roofing contractor?
We hand over our license number and certificates of insurance before you sign anything, and we expect you to verify them. Any roofer who hesitates to share that paperwork is telling you something. Check any California contractor on the state board’s site in about a minute.
Do you offer financing on roof replacement?
Many homeowners ask, and payment options are available through our financing partner. Ask when you book the estimate and we will walk through plans that fit your quote.
What does your workmanship warranty actually cover?
It covers our labor and installation workmanship, in writing, on every job. That is separate from the manufacturer’s warranty on the shingle or tile itself, which covers the material. We register both where applicable and leave the documents in your file.
How do I spot a bad roofing contractor before I hire?
Do you take on commercial and flat roofs?
Do you handle HOA and multi-family re-roofs?
Can a coating extend the life of my flat roof?
Often yes. A reflective coating over a sound membrane can add years and cut cooling loads, and it helps with California cool roof rules under Title 24. The membrane has to be sound first, which is exactly what the inspection checks.
